The course will include a combination of readings, lectures, and class discussion/participation to gain knowledge and understanding of
theoretical perspectives related to the study of couples’ interpersonal dynamics. A multi-method approach will be presented to examine how couples cope with stress in the context of their relationship, focusing on applications and implications for mental health outcomes. To gain knowledge of methodological considerations when designing research projects related to the study of couples’ interpersonal dynamics.
